 A strong story teller with an extensive trend forecasting and consultancy background, for both fast and premium fashion as well as the beauty market. A passionate traveller, drawing upon global sources for inspiration.

My career started at Warehouse designing artworks, prints, embellishments and embroideries for occasion dresses. It was there I developed a love for colour and detail.

I moved to a small, yet rapidly growing team at ASOS, working across all department categories within apparel and accessories and my skill set quickly grew. Making one-off jewellery pieces for a shoot or a stitching a dress for Lady Gaga were just normal days at the office.

My love for storytelling led me to carve out a role as trend forecaster and I moved to the global trend service Stylesight. I developed seasonal macro trends, key items and design development reports.

It was shortly after I joined Stylesight that the company merged with trend giant WGSN. I progressed to cover fashion-week catwalk edits, street style analysis, trade shows, fast fashion item reports, design capsules.

I enjoyed contributing to press interviews and producing trend presentations to a range of clients. Bespoke trend reports for brands such as L'Oreal and Timberland became part of my role as I took on more consultancy projects.

Trend Forecasting has opened many doors and I have been fortunate enough to collaborate and work with some of the biggest names in fashion, media, travel and beauty industries. 

I am currently Creative Director of Youth at Fashion Snoops where I am responsible for managing youth driven trend content to clients around the globe, as well as Creative Director of my own brand, Byroses.
